About my Jazz performance

In my youth I performed classical guitar music being Tárrega´s Recuerdos de la Alhambra and Asturias by Albéniz part of his repertoire.

In the 80´s I joined the Universidad Austral de Chile Jazz Trio as an electric bass player and then the Universidad Austral de Chile Jazz Quartet as guitarist.

I´m currently directing and pianist of the Jazz sextet called Conclave with which I recorded in 2015 an album called Stereovision.

The Jazz Trío performs during the period 1979-1983, specially in the South of Chile. His director Prof. Fernando Wolhwend Carvallo,

is a well known Chilean pianist and composer. The trio was integrated by Osvaldo “Chalupa” Martínez the drummer

and by myself as the bassman. We recorderd a Long Play that was never published.
